PATCHMASTER
PATCHMASTER is multi-channel stimulation and acquisition software with programmable experiment control and automation. It includes a software LockIn amplifier and photometry/imaging extension. It supports all HEKA amplifiers and data acquisition hardware (except EPC 10 USB 3.0 and LIH 816 or newer).
PATCHMASTER Versions
- Software updates are available free of charge. If a "dongle" is not connected to the computer, the programs will run in demo mode. To avoid any compatibility issues, it is strongly recommended that you review the release notes before updating any software.
- PATCHMASTER version 2x92 is the latest release, and its data file is compatible with PATCHMASTER NEXT version 1.3 and higher.
Please note:
- macOS 10.15 (Catalina) and later versions do not support PATCHMASTER. If you want to continue using PATCHMASTER, do not update your OS. If you need to update, contact us for more information about the requirements for using PATCHMASTER NEXT on macOS.
- Due to the new calibration record, switching between PATCHMASTER 2x91 and older versions is not recommended. Otherwise, you will need to recalibrate your amplifier every time you switch software.
