The correct hardware key was not found

Question:

I just downloaded and installed the FITMASTER program from your website. However, each time I start FITMASTER, the error message:

"The correct Hardware key was not found"

comes up and I cannot analyze my data. PATCHMASTER runs without any problems on the same computer.

Answer:

Please be aware, that a FITMASTER dongle is required for running this program. FITMASTER is not supported by the PATCHMASTER dongle.

If a FITMASTER dongle is connected to your computer, but the error message comes up anyway, then the dongle might be defective. Please contact our support team. They will send you software for testing your dongle.
