No Solution file

Question:

I try to open a data file in the "Open Modify" mode but get the following error message:

"Error - This file has no solution file, yet one is required, when "Solution Base" is active."

Answer:

You try to open a data file in "Open Modify" mode which has no solution file (Solution Base). Please go to the Configuration -> File pane and deselect the option "Solution Base". Afterwards you should be able to open the file in the "Open Modify" mode.
