Mac and Windows data file format

Question:

For data acquisition, I am using PATCHMASTER on an Apple computer. Is it possible to analyze these Macintosh data files on the Windows PC in my office?

Answer:

The file format of the Mac version and of the Windows version of PATCHMASTER are fully compatible. Therefore, it is no problem to analyze data acquired on a Mac on a Windows PC or vice versa. The same applies to Pulse Generator files (*.pgf), Online Analysis files (*.onl), and Protocol files (*.pro).

Of course, you will need a dongle for your analysis computer in the office. The green "HASP" USB dongles can be used on Macintosh (Mac OS 10.4 or more recent) and on MS Windows (XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Win 10, Win 11) systems.
