No wavelength traces created in the PGF sequence by SmartLUX

Question:

I entered all the parameter settings in the PGF Primer tab of SmartLUX and primed these settings to the selected PGF sequence. After that I checked the PGF sequence but no wavelength traces were set in the PGF sequence. Why?

Answer:

Most propably you forgot to define the regions of interest (ROI) in the "ROI Manager" tab. After that you can prime your PGF sequence. In case you have two wavelengths and two ROI defined you will get four wavelength traces in the PGF sequence.
