Priming does not work in SmartLUX

Question:

I entered all settings in the PGF Primer tab of SmartLUX but after pressing the "Prime" button all settings made were reset. What am I doing wrong?

Answer:

In most case the reason for the reset is that the entered "Cycle Time" is too short. Try to increase the "Cycle Time", it should be larger than the "Readout Time".
